Ingredients

  • ice cubes
  • 3 oz fresh orange juice
  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz simple sugar syrup
  • 2 dashes grenadine syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • splash of club soda
  • 2 cup simple sugar syrup water
  • 1 cup simple sugar syrup sugar

Method

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes. Add all of the ingredients except the club soda; shake well.
  2. Strain the mixture into a large goblet, top off with the club soda and serve. Garnish with a paper umbrella.
  3. Simple Sugar Syrup: Combine 2 cups water and 1 cup sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer and continue simmering until the sugar dissolves. Cool and refrigerate in a closed container. Makes about 2 1/2 cups; keeps up to 3 months.
