Rainbow Punch
Ingredients
- ice cubes
- 3 oz fresh orange juice
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz simple sugar syrup
- 2 dashes grenadine syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- splash of club soda
- 2 cup simple sugar syrup water
- 1 cup simple sugar syrup sugar
Method
- Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes. Add all of the ingredients except the club soda; shake well.
- Strain the mixture into a large goblet, top off with the club soda and serve. Garnish with a paper umbrella.
- Simple Sugar Syrup: Combine 2 cups water and 1 cup sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer and continue simmering until the sugar dissolves. Cool and refrigerate in a closed container. Makes about 2 1/2 cups; keeps up to 3 months.
