Raspberries Romanoff

Ingredients

• 1 pkg 4-serving size Jell-O Raspberry Flavor Gelatin
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 pkg 10 oz Birds Eye Red Raspberries in a Lite Syrup
• 1 cup 1/2 pt sour cream
• 3 tbsp optional rum

Method

1. Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water. Add the raspberries, stirring until the berries separate and the gelatin begins to thicken.
2. Blend in the sour cream; stir in the rum. Pour into individual molds or a 3-cup mold. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Unmold.

Makes 6 servings.
