Ingredients

1 pkg 1 lb 3 oz yellow cake mix
1 pkg 4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
½ cup brandy
¾ cup salad oil
½ cup orange juice
½ cup finely chopped pecans

Method

Blend all ingredients except the pecans; beat at medium speed five minutes.
Grease a 10-inch tube or Bundt pan; sprinkle with the pecans. Pour the batter into the pan; bake at 325 degrees for one hour or until done.
Cool five minutes; remove from the pan. Decorate with candied fruit, if desired.

Notes

Yield: 12 to 16 servings.
