Peppermint Party Punch

Ingredients

  • ½ gal peppermint candy ice cream
  • 3 qt milk
  • 2 qt 7-Up
  • a few drops peppermint extract
  • a dash red food coloring

Method

  1. Put the softened ice cream in a punch bowl.
  2. Add the milk, 7-Up, flavoring and food coloring. Stir until the ice cream floats in small pieces.

Notes

Easy to make. Makes 32 (4-ounce) servings.
