tarragon, basil, mustard seeds or other desired herbs desired herbs and flavorings

Method

Soften the butter in a mixing bowl, then beat with a wire whip until creamy and stir in the desired herbs and flavorings (tarragon, basil, mustard seeds or other desired herbs). Firm up in the refrigerator before serving on top of steak.
