Pumpkin Spice Cake
Ingredients
- 1 pkg spice cake mix
- 2 cup canned pumpkin
- 2 tsp soda
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup water
Method
- Place the cake mix, pumpkin, soda, eggs and water in a large mixer bowl. Blend the ingredients on low speed. Turn to medium speed; beat 4 minutes.
- Spoon the batter into a greased and floured 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool then frost as desired.
