Beer Muffins

Ingredients

• 2 cup Bisquick baking mix
• 1 tbsp sugar
• ¾ cup 1/2 of a 12-ounce can beer

Method

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease the bottoms of 12 medium muffin cups or use paper baking cups.
2. Mix all ingredients; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Fill the muffin cups about 2/3 full.
3. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
