Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Bols Amaretto
  • 4 oz vanilla ice cream or yogurt
  • 2 tbsp slivered almonds
  • a dash grated nutmeg

Method

  1. Combine the Bols Amaretto and vanilla ice cream or yogurt in a blender. Whip well.
  2. Serve in a stem wine glass with almonds sprinkled on top. Add a dash of nutmeg if desired. Garnish with one maraschino cherry.
