Bols Eye
Ingredients
- 1½ oz Bols Amaretto
- 4 oz vanilla ice cream or yogurt
- 2 tbsp slivered almonds
- a dash grated nutmeg
Method
- Combine the Bols Amaretto and vanilla ice cream or yogurt in a blender. Whip well.
- Serve in a stem wine glass with almonds sprinkled on top. Add a dash of nutmeg if desired. Garnish with one maraschino cherry.
