Horseradish Jello

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg lime Jello
  • ¾ cup boiling water
  • ¾ cup cold water
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup whipped evaporated milk
  • 4 tbsp hot horseradish cream

Method

  1. Stir the lime Jello into 3/4 cup boiling water until melted. Add 3/4 cup cold water. Let the Jello thicken a bit.
  2. Then add the vinegar, mayonnaise, whipped evaporated milk and hot horseradish cream.
  3. Pour into an oiled mold and let set. Enjoy with beef.
  4. Note: The evaporated milk, bowl and beaters must be very cold - chill in the freezer.
