Horseradish Jello
Ingredients
- 1 pkg lime Jello
- ¾ cup boiling water
- ¾ cup cold water
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup whipped evaporated milk
- 4 tbsp hot horseradish cream
Method
- Stir the lime Jello into 3/4 cup boiling water until melted. Add 3/4 cup cold water. Let the Jello thicken a bit.
- Then add the vinegar, mayonnaise, whipped evaporated milk and hot horseradish cream.
- Pour into an oiled mold and let set. Enjoy with beef.
- Note: The evaporated milk, bowl and beaters must be very cold - chill in the freezer.
