Frosty Winter Salad Toss

Ingredients

• 1 can 29 oz cling peach slices
• 1 bunch about 1 lb spinach
• 1 head romaine lettuce
• 2 head Bibb or butter lettuce
• Frosty Salad Dressing
• ½ pint dressing sour cream
• ⅓ cup dressing blue cheese
• 1 tbsp dressing crumbled bacon bits
• 4 tbsp dressing salad oil
• 2 tbsp dressing lemon juice
• ½ cup dressing peach syrup

Method

1. Drain the peach slices, saving the syrup. Refrigerate. Wash the spinach leaves and remove from the stems. Wash the lettuce and tear into bite-size pieces. Refrigerate.
2. At serving time, toss the greens and peaches with the dressing.
3. Frosty Salad Dressing: Combine 1/2 pint sour cream, 1/3 cup blue cheese, 1 tablespoon crumbled bacon bits, 4 tablespoons salad oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and 1/2 cup peach syrup; mix well. Chill.
